The Garment district is a major, and powerful district. Garment has just built a massive Tower known as the Tower of Weaves. The tower is cut from beautiful bluestone by the best masons from the stone district and has elaborate windows from the glass district. It is called the “Tower of Thieves by commoners whose suffocating taxes paid for it. Garment’s subjects despise her in direct proportion to their poverty. Only one in a dozen can afford meat, and even then only once a weak. Garment truly doesn’t care, and her lavish new tower is the latest testament to her grandiose disregard.
